C.S. Lewis said once, “Friendship is unnecessary, like philosophy, like art... It has no survival value; rather it is one of those things that give value to survival.”

Scientists today are telling us, that we are hardwired to connect with others and with God.  This should not surprise us. We were created to be in relationship with God and with others. We want to invite you to be a part of a community where you can grow in your relationship with God, cultivate meaningful relationships with others, and discover your purpose in life. You are invited to join us this Wednesday, as we continue the journey of doing life together.

Gathering in homes for the purpose of growing in relationship with God and others is nothing new. Consider the following New Testament passages:

Please give my greetings to the church that meets in their home. Romans 16:5

To Philemon our beloved brother and fellow worker...to the church that meets in your home. Philemon 1:1-2

They joined with the other believers and devoted themselves to the apostles’ teaching and fellowship, sharing in the Lord’s Supper and in prayer...And all the believers met together constantly and shared everything they had.  They sold their possessions and shared the proceeds with those in need. They worshiped together... met in homes for the Lord’s Supper, and shared their meals with great joy and generosity-- Acts 2:42-46
